The weather was on our side. The three of us ambled from Urnerboden to the pass summit. After lunch, a final spurt to the Hotel Klausenpass where we could still enjoy a beer on the terrace before the thunderstorm broke loose.

As the last tour of our stay in Western Switzerland, we chose the hike around Lac de Montsalvens.
Start and end in Châtel-sur-Montsalven.
A varied hike with lake, river, forest, suspension bridge, and mountain views. It was a wonderful conclusion.
