At St. Stephansplatz there is a building with particularly elaborate facade paintings. Originally built in 1835, the house was rebuilt in the original style after a fire in 1905. The original hotel and restaurant belonging to the German House is now called the Hotel and Restaurant Graf Zeppelin.
