I think this section is just great and it goes both ways. My favorite remains the route from Frankenstein to DÜW. Recommended in summer because you have a lot of shade. Gentle inclines through the forest, past Limburg and Hartenburg and then the route ends in DÜW and you can treat yourself to a coffee or ice cream break. The path through the vines to Wachenheim is a nice end.
