The Cobbled Alley of El Cantarillo is one of those charming corners in Córdoba's historic center, although it's not as famous as the Calleja de las Flores or the Calleja del Pañuelo.
The name "Empedrado" refers to the traditional Córdoban cobblestone paving, a technique dating back to Roman times and perfected in Andalusian times.
