The well-maintained Albertpark in Freiberg features a large fountain, three ponds, numerous seating areas, winding paths, a pavilion, and more.

Information:

At the end of the 18th century, the first green spaces were created here outside the gates of old Freiberg. Later, sections of the city wall were removed, and promenades, gardens, and other green spaces were laid out. King Albert officially opened this "Albertpark" in 1896.
