Spring> the early bird was awake early> sun> mountains !!!Today it was called bikini or swimming trunks, because a waterfall and the Polenz were on the plan. In the end, it turned out to be more summery hiking clothes. The start was at the "P" commercial center in Porschdorf (free of charge). We went to the Frinzbergsteig and the Frinzberg Cave. The cave is definitely worth a visit and we happened to find a cave book in which we immortalized ourselves. There is a pen for it, as well as a lipstick (for writing!). You can find it in a hollow in the back left of the cave, packed in a bag + green lunch box!We continued to hike on the Frinzbergsteig over the fire steps up to the Brandbaude. All sorts of hikers were already out there and all tables / benches on the terrace were occupied. Therefore we moved our first rest to a stone plateau right next door. Then it went to AP Hafersäcke and then on Brandstrasse to the junction (left) to the APs on / on the Spanish wall. What a wonderful tranquility and what a wonderful view of the mountains! We just enjoyed a little break.Back on Brandstrasse, we walked to the junction for Tief Wand (TW), Tief-Grund-Wächter (TGW), Tief-Grund-Turm (TGT). I hiked as far as it was possible for me today and turned around on the very narrow, steep climb to the TGT. At the TGW I was also able to watch climbers. Then we went to the AP New Year's Eve Tower, which was our highlight today. Just wow and pause number three. It was just too tempting!Back on the circular path, we walked to Neuweg, past the little waterfall, which I was able to marvel at with mega icicles in winter. Today we saw a rainbow that we could capture in the photo. At the end we hiked over the noose to the Polentalwächter, once through + once around it. Then it went downhill on the Polenztalweg, along the Polenz - unfortunately without a Märzenbecher. It was an interesting tour with some challenges. Thanks to Lutz1990 for the inspiration! Conclusion of the day: My new hiking shoes are waterproof (tested in and under the waterfall), but unfortunately a seam is already loosening!

Today the question was: mountains or plains, believe the weather forecast or not? After weighing the pros and cons, we went to the Großsedlitz baroque garden. There is a car and bus parking lot in front of the main entrance; Day ticket = 1.50 euros. We were lucky and got a day ticket from the "Easter Bunny".The entrance fees for the park are per adult = 5 euros, reduced = 4 euros, for children (6-16 years) = 1 euro,The start was at the main entrance to the upper orangery and on to the Friedrichschlösschen. Then we walked to the nature theater, past beautiful meadows full of wood anemones, over the lower orangery ground floor to the rabbit jump - it was a good fit for Easter - on to the bowling green.
At the end it went along the second orangery; always with a curious look through the window panes. It was worth it, because some interesting photos were taken. We only have a partial idea what it was hanging on the trees / bushes. We are happy to receive tips! 😇Overall, it was a nice trip with lots of photo opportunities and not that many strollers. When it is green and in bloom, the park is certainly even more worth seeing. We enjoyed the tour and were happy to be back in the car before the rain ended.
Then we went home: off to the warmth, food, sorting photos, describing the tour, being happy about it!Further information on the baroque garden:

Friday = day off * 2 and so my girlfriend went to Saxon Switzerland today, with wonderful sunshine with a few clouds. A parking space was easily and free of charge on the upper Liebenweg, where our tour started. We started at the Teufelsmauer. There it went up and down and back and forth, because we wanted to gug around all corners and fit through all the cracks in the rock.
Our way continued to the Lorenznadel where we took a rest. Afterwards we walked along the Lorenz walls to the Lehnhorn with Hallodri. What a great vantage point! The ascent, which we chose as the second AP on the Lehnhorn, was absolutely challenging and is really only for fit hikers with climbing experience and without fear of heights !!!! Alternatively, there are other, better ways to the Lehnhorn. We continued to follow our noses and since we were partly very absorbed in our conversations, we unfortunately turned wrong a few times so that we had to turn back. The trails were mostly dry today and good for hiking. However, there were still corners that were very wet and muddy. In the wild ground there was even still snow and a partly quite large brook splashed along the way.In the end, our only wish was in the light of day to be back at the car before sunset. Hell we made it, at sunset we were still at the wild meadow in front of the Schrammsteinen. All in all, it was a very nice, but also very demanding tour with a lovely, wonderful person by my side. Thank you ……

The early bird was able to catch me today and when the first rays of sun came through between the clouds after noon it was only time to outsmart the weaker self and break out. So I spontaneously packed my backpack and was able to test my new hiking shoes (Hanwag) on this relaxed tour. The start was in Gauernitz, through the Eichhörnchengrund to Naustadt. There was a church to visit as well as a small but fine historic village center with many old half-timbered houses that have been lovingly restored and are inhabited.
My further path led me past the windmill near Pegenau, which is now privately owned and inhabited.
Back on the road I hiked to the Pegenau manor, which is inhabited and is gradually being renovated. On site I was able to admire and stroke the Oldenburg cold-blooded animals (be careful, they bite) and have a short chat about these animals + the manor with the owner / resident. At the end of the tour we went back to the squirrel bottom with an interesting cloudy sunset, always the wind in the hat. A shower of hail caught me on the last 2 km, so I was happy to finally be in the car.Overall, it was a very nice and not very demanding tour today, which is certainly even more beautiful from spring to autumn when nature is in bloom and green.
The paths were partly easy to walk, partly still very wet and therefore muddy, in between there were also sections of road that were relaxed for hiking. My highlights today were a roebuck with doe that crossed my path in the squirrel bottom and the cloudy sky, which fascinated me and repeatedly invited me to take pictures.
Unfortunately, two chattering hikers with canned beer in their hands deliver in the Eichhörnchengrund shortly behind me, who were very interested in Pokémon games and therefore missed the roebuck + doe highlight. Photo didn't work out either! Thanks @Tilda for this tour inspiration!

Firstly, it turns out differently, secondly than you think and thirdly than I had planned for today. 🥳When planning the tour, I didn't pay attention to the direction, so today - when I ran in the opposite direction - I hiked freestyle. 🤣
So it went up and down the Schrammsteine as well as all over the place. Unfortunately I failed in two places (ascent over the HL "Felsspalte"> ascent at the front angle and when passing to HL "Rundweg Müllerstein" 🥺😤😩).But I discovered many other and very beautiful APs; with a wonderful view of the mountains.
The Schrammsteine were mega full today and I wanted to get back to the lonely, quiet mountain paths / hiking trails as quickly as possible. 🤓The condition of the path was mixed according to the weather, partly it was very easy to hike, partly it was up and down the paths on "all 3, 4, 5"I was not enthusiastic about the high love, especially since a loudly chattering family took their long break thereAt the end there was another HL for me: the FalkensteinAll in all, an interesting, varied and partly demanding tour for me> ⛰ = happiness for me! 🙏🏻

Today's tour was awesome and is themed "Icicles". It was wonderful to hike through the 🏔 and 🌳 in the sunshine and marvel at the snow-covered landscape with the many different colored cones.Only the crowds up to and at the Gautsch grotto were 🤭. It was called: line up and pull the number 🙄.Fortunately, at the thief's cave I turned onto the begangsteig steigand enjoyed the peace - mostly - and loneliness.
Finally, there was a hidden and frozen 💦 case that fascinated me; especially since it was pleasantly quiet thereMy tour today was very nice, but more strenuous due to the snow and partly very smooth / slippery. Conclusion for today: There is still a lot to discover in the corner! 🔎 📸🔦
