Hiking
When it is wet, this forest path is problematic due to its incline (danger of slipping) and should not be underestimated. Sure-footedness and a certain level of fitness are a basic requirement here.

Hiking
Would you like to train on a course with many height differences?
Then the Vertical Track is really something for you!
This technical, wooded and rocky singletrack meets all the requirements for a workout that will improve your strength and endurance, both uphill and downhill.
The Vertical Track is located in Coo, just a few meters from the largest waterfall in Belgium. The trail is also easily accessible. You can park your vehicle at the foot of the waterfall, provided you use the parking meter correctly (paying parking).
