Hiking
The Schiffertor Bridge was originally part of the fortress and was made of wood with a drawbridge. In 1893, the old wooden bridge was replaced by a bridge with iron girders. In 1976/1977, the modern bridge was built in reinforced concrete and the access to the city was designed in the style of the time. The roundabout above the Schiffertor was completed in 2023.
