Am Hadelner Kanal entlang zum Elbdeich und zurück
Mittellange Rundtour links und rechts des Hadelner Kanals, zur Kanalschleuse und zur Medem-Schleuse in Otterndorf und dann über Mahrdorf und das Hof-Café Altes Backhaus (Hof Ramm) zurück zum Ausgangspunkt.
