La Bombonera, officially Estadio Alberto Jacinto Armando, is a football stadium in the La Boca district of Buenos Aires (Argentina). It is the home stadium of the Argentine first division Boca Juniors. The name "La Bombonera" (German The box of chocolates) comes from the rectangular shape of the stadium. Since there was very little space for the construction of the stadium, there is a small bleachers and overlying balconies (VIP cabins) along a straight line of the stadium.
