Hiking

The original name "Rotunde" - building with a round floor plan - was quickly replaced by the current one. This is based on the fact that the Kleine Neugierde stands just a few meters further east, and here as well as there, the castle residents observed the traffic on the road from Potsdam to Berlin. Since the Rotunda was visible, Prince Carl liked to stay here on his birthdays and, for simplicity, received the citizens' congratulations here.
