The legend of the treasure in Burgwartsberg near Pesterwitz tells of a castle that once stood on the mountain and was guarded by a castle warden. The mountain is said to contain a palace with treasures, including a golden brewing kettle. An enchanted castle warden's daughter, disguised as a toad to guard the treasure, is said to seek redemption every 300 years and appear in human form to ask for a kiss.
