The Brüderweg is an exciting section, where you can expect a few narrow passages with an auxiliary rope and footbridges. So hiking is a lot more fun, right?

The Brüderweg is a historic hiking trail that connects Tharandt with Hainsberg. The trail is about 4 kilometers long and has an elevation difference of about 200 meters. It was built in the 18th century by two brothers who were foresters in the Tharandt Forest. The trail served them to reach their workplaces and transport wood.
