Historical yaw ferry Eickeloh = ferry across the Aller between Eickeloh and Grethem (Lk Heidekreis)
A ferry connection - initially as a wooden ferry - brought the farmers across the Aller to their fields. Although there is no ferryman for today's ferryped ferry, the local farmers have a special ferry license and are happy to transport pedestrians and cyclists across the Aller.
The historic yaw ferry Eickeloh easily transports cyclists across the Aller. The small, technical monument of 1926 connects the Aller villages Eickeloh and Grethem and is thus a highlight for cyclists in the Aller-Leine valley.
For groups of 15 persons or more, a crossing after registration is possible at any time.
Address: Gierseilfähre Eickeloh Zur Fähre / Fährweg, 29690 Eickeloh

Sail over the Aller by ferry. Old craft experienced honorary. Only drives a few weekends a year. The ferry times are well-researched on the Internet

A little difficult to find, but worth the search. Untouched nature, you can call the ferryman with a "gong".
