It was actually too warm to go on a long bike ride with our dog. Actually ....... 🙄Since he swims as passionately as he runs and we wanted to try out the new bicycle basket, we decided to take a tour of the Wörpe. After the extensive bath, Rumo let us know that he is ready for bigger deeds. We wanted to go to another piece of the Wörpe. We looked at the paths on Komoot and discovered one that stopped shortly before in the no man's land. From the other side of the word there was a path and a bridge. We wanted to try this, because experience in this area has shown that not all roads are on Komoot. It was a bit along the main street, so that the dog basket could also be used. The way to the Wörpe ended at a meadow, but through which a pronounced tractor track ran. A look at the navigation showed that it was towards the bridge. It was like that in the end.

Nice weather for cycling, but without our racing roll, because it was too warm for that.We mostly drove on paths that we did not know.We have hoped for more from Falkensteinsee. The lake as such quite small, but very, very many campers at the campsite .... mmh🤔The Schüttesee behind Dingstede is a real gem. From the trail, good to ride with a "normal" bike, you have a beautiful view, also of the lake and the pink water lilies.Through the Wildeshauser Geest to Delmeaue and then the quarry pond. This trail on the Delme is very idyllic, whether on foot, on horseback or by bike, a highlight! The conclusion, an all-round successful day.

Once again used the somewhat cooler temperatures so that our dog can run with it.The short distance along the Klosterbach was very idyllic and sadly we had to find out that we drove it for the first time today, even though it is right on our doorstep. We can't even talk ourselves out of moving here ...We also did not know the route through the forest near Kätingen, which is definitely recommended. On the way back we had a rest in a beer garden. Now the 🐕 is tired 🤣

Around noon the rain subsided and we decided to take a short tour through Wilstedt Moor.
The swamps now even had some water again. 😊
Without further ado we decided to drive over the Wörpe towards Tarmstedt to give Rumo the opportunity to take a bath. We shouldn't regret it. The hawk we saw on our last visit was back - an impressive flying technique. However, we were amazed at the different types of dragonflies, which were found in an astonishingly large number and never before seen colors. On the way back we went to the legendary ice cream parlor. There is also home-made yogurt and quark, as well as milk. The ice cream was eaten on the spot, we took the other products with us.

Due to the oppressive sultry and the uncertain weather conditions, a short tour without a dog today. As compensation, Rumo was able to romp and swim extensively in the lake. The café at the Ummelbad forest campsite in Hepstedt was open and we were able to enjoy the delicious homemade cake.We also looked at the campsite. Generous pitches, either sunny or shady, dogs welcome. Absolutely quiet - a very nice place with a nice operator. On the way back we passed the milk store Milchkontor in Wilstedt. We couldn't ignore them - there had to be ice cream.

The bicycle traffic through Bremen is gigantic. Hordes of cyclists and joggers were also on the move in Blockland. Finally, Kuh on tap again in Kuhsiel - a special treat.Shortly before Fischerhude it became calmer and from Quelkhorn I was actually alone.I will definitely go on the tour again, it was great. At the campsite, my husband thought of a cool blonde and already finished the grill.
