In the historic apartment at Mittlere Gasse 13, the focus is on the everyday life of the Fuggerei residents. This is told on the basis of five resident biographies from five centuries, which are documented by research in the Augsburg city archive and in the Fugger archive. Parts of the apartment date back to 1517. The furnishings in it were reconstructed based on historical models and the latest research findings.
