The medieval town center of the old town of St. Goarshausen invites you on a foray. Over the so-called Loreley town enthroned the castle Katz, which offers with the two medieval city towers a great picture at the Rheinkulisse. With the Loreley ferry you can also translate to the sister city of St. Goar.

Hiking

The origin of the town of St.Goarshausen is the idyllic old town. Delimited by the two city towers, remains of the city wall and some half-timbered houses that are listed as historical monuments. The wine week with Rhein in Flammen (3rd weekend in September) takes place here every year.
