Hiking

The altar was erected by Hereditary Princess Louise in 1783 as a reminder of the northern slope. The altar is decorated with fruit hangings and the long sides show the intricate initials of Ludwig and Luise. On the west side is "A la vraie amitié" to read, and on the east side of the lettering "The true friendship sacred".
