Ich habe kürzlich von der Sportart Rucking gehört. Das ist wohl wandern mit einem schweren Rucksack. Das habe ich heute mit Einkäufen im Rucksack ausprobiert. Ich fürchte das wird nicht meine Lieblingssportart 😅. Meine Schultern sind etwas verspannt. 😫
