The beautiful marketplace is the center of Bensheim. The numerous half-timbered houses, some of which are even listed buildings, enclose the square and are typical of this region. In the middle of the Bensheim market square is a fountain whose origins date back to the 14th century. Here you will find many nice cafes and shops.
