Tips
Here we cycle on Napoleon's tracks. The North Channel was planned by Napoleon - but never completed. 100 km can be cycled between Neuss and Neederweert.
"Grand Canal du nord" is explored on the trail after Napoleon Bonaparte.
The canal was built to circumvent the customs duties incurred at that time. Neuss was awarded the contract for the construction, so this is where it starts.
