Saluhall (market hall)

In the "Östermalms Saluhall" (built in 1888), as the market hall is officially called, there is everything your heart and stomach desire. In addition to fruit, vegetables, meat, sausages, game, cheese, coffee, tea and foreign specialties, you will find all kinds of fresh, smoked and pickled fish. There are 17 traders here and several restaurants.

Östermalms Saluhall, is a market hall that opened in 1888 and is located on the southwestern part of Östermalmstorg. The Östermalmshalle is a market hall for the general public that offers food and delicacies. The approx. 3000 m² hall was inaugurated on November 30, 1888 in the presence of Oskar II. Today extensively restored.
