The Mottbruch Halde is a beautiful high and barren halde with black rock on top. Climbing and descending are done via the lovely wide gravel roads, which are great for cycling. The view from the double top/comb is perfect. The wind turbine at the top is impressive.

Nice view over the Ruhr area, up and down on gravel. Exciting vegetation on the hilltop.
Source Wikipedia: The Mottbruchhalde is a mountain dump in Gladbeck-Brauck and is located on the route of the Emscher Park cycle path. Its northern foot borders the Natroper Feld nature reserve, a wetland created by subsidence. Until 1989, the Mottbruchhalde was heaped up with the overburden of the Moltke III / IV coal mine.

A dump on which there are rarely people with a beautiful view and a narrow crest. Up and down at the same time gets tight.
