On the banks of the Mühlensee (Oude Maas) there are two-thousand-year-old trees as primeval monuments that were recovered here during gravel mining. A rich birdlife and plants typical of wetlands offer a very special natural enjoyment. Free-roaming Galloway cattle and a herd of Konik horses are tasked with grazing the area
