Farm called “Neerhof”, formerly Oude Sasbaan 14.
Historical site with moat was already mentioned in 1350 as “nederhof neffens den Bruel”.
The dates on the gate “1653” and on the dormer window “1669” suggest renovation or renovation of the buildings.
Known in 1792 as a brandy distillery and farm. The company buildings reportedly burned down in 1894. In 1912 the house was expanded at the back and in 1943 part of the moat on the street side was filled in.
