This is freely accessible, surrounded by a park wall, and a highlight especially in spring, when the green meadows are lit up in orange, purple and white by hundreds of crocuses.
There is also a commemorative plaque for Ernst Thälmann in the rose garden
The park connects directly to the castle courtyard. Two old gingko trees grow directly in front of the castle.
