Like the Wheel of Fortune, the Nibelungenlied fountain in Wilhelm-Leuschner-Straße (pedestrian zone, also called "KW" by local people), at the corner of Rathenaustraße, was created by the Worms sculptor Gustav Nonnenmacher. The artist recreated scenes from the famous Nibelungen saga on it.

Gustav Nonnenmacher was a German sculptor who had lived in Worms since 1951, but unfortunately died in 2012. The artist's works mainly include bronze sculptures in sacred spaces, fountain sculptures in public spaces and sculptures made of different materials, with which he has taken a socio-political position since the 1970s. It's worth dedicating a little time to your artwork ;-)
