Built from 1275 to 1343 as the monastery church of the Dominican monastery. The church is 40 m long, 18 m wide and has a clear height of 30.70 m. Inside there is an altarpiece from 1609 and a baptismal font from the early 15th century.

it was probably the castle church of the margravial court. The church was built in the first half of the 13th century as the oldest parish church in the city as a field stone basilica. In 1648 the north tower collapsed. The nave fell into disrepair in the 16th century and was demolished in 1769.
