Hiking
Renaissance building from the middle of the 16th century received in the years 1666-1668 its present appearance. Parts of the interior, such as the oak spiral staircase and Baroque stucco ceilings are still preserved and a visitor attraction. Visitors will find a wide range of prehistoric and early history, urban and cultural history, urban crafts and folklore. Noteworthy are a Pestkarren anno 1607, Napoleon's cup from 1813 and the original duffel bag from Ringelnatz. The poet Joachim Ringelnatz (real name Hans Gustav Bötticher) was born in 1883 in Wurzen / Saxony and died in 1934 in Berlin.
