The Wittumspalais is a museum in Weimar operated by the Klassik Stiftung Weimar. The building was the widow's residence of Duchess Anna Amalia for many years.

The baroque city palace in the center of Weimar was the long-time widow's residence of Duchess Anna Amalia of Saxe-Weimar and Eisenach until 1807. Her famous evening parties were held here. The Wittumspalais is a museum in Weimar operated by the Klassik Stiftung Weimar. The building was the long-time widow's residence of Duchess Anna Amalia and, during her lifetime, was a center of social and literary life in Weimar. It is located between Theaterplatz, Schillerstraße, the Zeughof, and Geleitstraße. The access road (actually a square) leading from there past the Franciscan monastery in the heart of the old town is called Am Palais.
