Humming stone for young and old - Picard Company 2012

By breathing out deeply and humming, sounds are created in the humming holes and can be experienced with the senses. (Note: simply breathing is not enough!)

Humming stones from various cultures have existed for thousands of years in connection with healing and meditation. The curative teacher and artist Hugo Kükelhaus (1900-1984) saw them as a field of experience for the senses.
