1398: First mentioned in a document as a grinding mill owned by Count Palatine Ruprecht III.
1488: Life of Count von Wamboldt and later Count Ullner zu Dieburg.
1568: The Frohnmuehle's tithe levy amounts to seven grains per year and one fattening.
1720: Expansion of the mill with three grinding stages and transfer to private farmers.
1869: Granting of the right to operate a wood cutting mill.
1898: Granting of baking rights and running a flour shop.
1955: Up to this year the property was operated as a grinding and wood cutting mill and used for agriculture.
