Lindenfels is a small town with beautiful historic buildings and an exciting castle ruin. Large parts of the former city wall are well preserved to this day. These include the outer and inner Fürth Gate and especially the Bürgerturm. In the Civic Tower as well as in the neighboring Baureneck you can visit the Dragon Museum, which illuminates the numerous myths and legends about dragons from all over the world.

Lindenfels, known as “the pearl of the Odenwald”, is the only state-approved climatic health resort in the Odenwald. The cityscape is shaped by the castle, which can be seen from afar.
