The Basilica di Santa Maria e Donato (German Basilica of Saints Maria and Donatus) is a parish church in Murano, Venice. The Church in the Patriarchate of Venice is dedicated to the Blessed Virgin Mary and St. Consecrated to Donatus of Arezzo. It bears the title of a minor basilica and is part of the UNESCO World Heritage Site of Venice and its lagoon. It is known for its Byzantine mosaic pavement from the twelfth century and shows the relics of Donatus of Evorea.

The church is one of the oldest in the Venetian lagoon. A first church is believed to have been here as early as the 7th century, and another in the 9th century.

The three-aisled column basilica has six bays and a slightly protruding transept. The church and the bell tower were built from dark red, unplastered bricks.
