Road cycling

A relatively unknown pass climb in the southern Black Forest, it winds through varied forests and, in the upper section, also over alpine meadows. From the top of the pass, you have excellent views of the Belchen. Compared to the Schauinsland or Feldberg, this route is relatively lightly trafficked and therefore recommended for road bikes. It's best ridden in a west-east direction rather than uphill, as the road is only partially in good condition.
