The Heydl House was rebuilt between 1557 and 1559 by Jíra Heydl, a salt merchant from Prachatice. The one-storey Renaissance town house has an attic with a crenellated top. The façade is decorated with rich sgraffito decoration, the main theme being the heroic deeds of Hercules.

Hiking

Immediately to the left behind the gate is the richly decorated house 29. Its present appearance was given to it by the Renaissance renovation from 1557. It is called Heydl-Haus after the original owner. It is characterized by exceptionally colorful sgraffito decoration, which also includes figural and ornamental motifs in addition to the usual letters.
