In 2003, the gravestones of the von Treskow manor family were erected on the Dahlwitz cemetery and had been stored on the cemetery grounds since the 1970s. They come from the burial site of the Treskow family south of the B1 / 5, see hiking highlight "Einstige von Treskow burial site" (komoot.de/highlight/690615).

The Hoppegarten cemetery is located on Rudolf-Breitscheid-Straße in Dahlwitz-Hoppegarten. The cemetery area is divided. The part of the cemetery to the north (Old Cemetery) with a mourning hall belongs to the Protestant parish, which is directly connected to the municipal part to the south. The cemetery contains the historic gravesites of well-known trainers, jockeys, feed masters, veterinarians and stable boys from many nations, which are an important testimony to the racetrack history of the nearby Hoppegarten racecourse and equestrian sport. In 2018, the old cemetery was placed under monument protection as an individual monument.
As early as 1921, the cemetery grounds were expanded to the south. In this part of the cemetery there are also some historical tombstones of the von Treskow family made of black Swedish marble. Originally these gravestones were located elsewhere, on the former road to Frankfurt/Oder. Severely damaged by vandalism, the gravestones were taken to the cemetery in the 1970s, where they were kept for a long time without any further damage. At the end of the 1990s, the plan arose to place the von Treskow family's gravestones in the cemetery, which was done in 2003. Source: de.wikipedia.org/wiki/Friedhof_Hoppegarten
