There hasn't been a train here since 1952, but the history of the site remains present through the relics of the railway era. There is an old class 50 steam locomotive on the site. The water used to run the railway was supplied by the 50 meter high steel water tower, the park's landmark that can be seen from afar. Numerous water cranes, light poles, rail tracks and switches are also reminiscent of the history of the railway. One of the oldest turntables in Germany is also part of the inventory.
