The southern shore of the Müggelsee is particularly worth a hike for nature lovers. The BVG ferry from Müggelhort offers an inexpensive boat tour.

The Müggelsee promenade on the western shore of the lake usually runs 20 to 50 meters away from the water in the forest. The bank area and the reed belt in front are under nature protection. There are a few places where you have an unobstructed view of the water.
The trail is completely paved and there is a bike path running parallel to it.
