The Nationalquai is the promenade on the shores of Lake Lucerne. The view of the Alps is enormous. Here you will meet all kinds of folk. Also the rich and famous who live in the luxury hotels parallel to the quay. Numerous cafés and restaurants of the not-so-cheap variety adorn its appearance. A walk along the Nationalquai is part of every visit to Lucerne.
