Hiking
The fountain is named after Bruder Fritschi from the Lucerne Carnival. The Lucerne Carnival begins here on Dirty Thursday, and the Fritschi float circles the fountain three times during the parade. The fountain, designed by architect August von Rhyn, was inaugurated on October 14, 1918.
