The Gardens of the World are always worth a visit! Every season there are new / different things to see and discover here. If you live in Berlin and would like to visit the Gardens of the World from time to time, an annual pass is definitely worth it.

It never gets boring in the Gardens of the Worlds.

The IGA Berlin 2017 is over and the "Gardens of the World" have been reopened to visitors after some dismantling.
The park is beautifully laid out, very well maintained and based on a brilliant idea - to show garden art from all over the world.
In winter, of course, you don't see the blooms and biodiversity that pour over the entire area from spring onwards, but today it was nice, relaxing and interesting again.

There were already some gardens long before the IGA and it has always been very interesting and relaxing to go for a walk in them. In the meantime, new gardens have been added, the old gardens have been embellished and new playgrounds and dining facilities have been added.
The site was more than doubled.

The cable car has now been spun off from the park after Ina and will then belong to the Kienbergpark, which is to open from March 2018. At the moment you can still take the cable car, but you can no longer enter the Gardens of the World from there.
We don't think that's bad at all.

To our delight, the entrance fees are very moderate after the IGA.
