A new attempt to deal with the new Kickr roller trainer. Today the legs were a bit lighter, but I still have problems translating. Partly increases of 3% bring me to 170-180 BPM. I step off and generate 300-400W and my avatar also comes ridiculous 5-6 km / h. I am again trying a spinning test and recalibrating the Kickr and hope to get better soon.

1st round with Wahoo Kickr. You notice the difference to a normal role in connection with Zwift. the Kickr simulates climbs very badly, that with a gradient of 3% it takes about 250-300W to maintain the speed. Well you have to see it positively: the training is more effective then :)
