What pomp! Weissenstein Castle is a magnificent example of Franconian Baroque. It is absolutely worth seeing from the outside as well as from the inside and the garden is also a feast for the eyes. In 1996 the castle was bought by Dr. Karl Graf von Schönborn-Wiesentheid in a charitable foundation. Guided tours are offered all year round, you can find more information at schoenborn.de/schloss-weissenstein.
