About Armin
Durch den Einstieg ins Fotografieren fand ich ab 2011 die Lust am Reisen und Wandern. Auf Wanderungen begleitet mich daher stets eine mehr oder weniger umfangreiche und hochwertige Kameraausrüstung, um die vielen Eindrücke festzuhalten. Die wunderschönen Atlantikinseln Madeira und La Palma waren in den letzten Jahren Ziele etlicher Urlaube und finden sich in zahlreichen meiner Touren auf Komoot.
Der Erhalt der körperlichen Leistungsfähigkeit brachte mich 2013 nach mehreren Anläufen zum Laufen - meiner Hauptsportart, der ich seitdem treu und eisern verbunden bin. Nach einem Bürotag drängt es mich daher regelmäßig raus an die frische Luft, um den Kreislauf in Schwung zu bringen und die sportliche Leistungsfähigkeit auszutesten. In der Wahl der Trainingsrunden bin ich allerdings wenig experimentierfreudig.
2016 legte ich mir erstmals seit meiner Jugend wieder ein Fahrrad zu. Ein Mountainbike folgte im Bann der wiederentdeckten Leidenschaft noch im gleichen Jahr. Nirgendwo sonst fühle ich mich so frei wie auf dem Rad. Seitdem lerne ich mit Begeisterung neue Gegenden kennen, erkunde aber auch stets aufs Neue meine Heimatregion. Ein unvergessliches Highlight stellte in 2018 und 2019 die Abfahrt des Weserradwegs dar.
