Apermarsch Shelter

A spacious shelter invites the cyclist to rest.

This favorite place is in the district of Apermarsch in the middle of fields and pastures. It was the first object to be installed in June 2020. This place became my favorite place because the sunrise can be enjoyed wonderfully here. - If you drop by early, you might meet like-minded people greeting the sun with a thermos of tea.
Jörg Ridderbusch's work reflects this moment with "many colorful birds" that accompany the sunrise with a concert and chirp happily. The 2.40 m high tower is populated by colorful sparrows, who happily enjoy their existence and "whistle" to the cat lurking below.
