The Hakenterrasse (or Chrobry ramparts) in Szczecin has a length of 500 m and is one of the most famous places in the city. It was built at the beginning of the 19th century. They lie on a 13 m high staircase and have in the towers an observation deck. There are also the Maritime University, the National Museum (houses several museums), the Voivodeship and local. On the terrace is a fountain.
