A great round with children and fairy tale guessing. There is always a short version of the fairy tale on the sign. A QR code takes you to the long version of the fairy tale. Most fairy tales also have a bench. So you can read in peace.

The Wolf and the Seven Young Goats (KHM 5) has been one of the most popular fairy tales since the first edition of the children's and household fairy tales in 1812 until today. The fairy tale was told to the Brothers Grimm by the Huguenot Hassenpflug family and the Grimms also had reason to believe that the story had French origins, as they knew the part of the story with the white paw from a French children's book, among other things. Nevertheless, they included the fairy tale in the collection from the beginning and even placed it close to the beginning of the children's and household fairy tales. Numerous illustrations e.g. B. by Ludwig Richter (1853 and 1862), Otto Ubbelohde (1907), Eugen Osswald (1910) and Felix Hoffmann (1957), the transformation into the fairy tale opera The Seven Little Goats (1895) by Engelbert Humperdinck, a fairy tale film from 1956, one The television production by the Augsburger Puppenkiste (1966) and the animated production by SimsalaGrimm (1999) also bear witness to the popularity of the fairy tale.

Part of the fairytale trail. A very lovingly designed hiking trail.
