The “Aggerbogen” bridge has an S-shaped layout – in reference to the course of the river in the “Aggerbogen”. This has the advantage that the course of the bridge between the parallel streets accommodates the natural riding behavior of cyclists, and offers very little storage space for floods due to the almost parallel arrangement of the ramps to the direction of the river.
