Here Prince Wilhelm of Prussia killed his first roe buck in 1877 when he was young. In 1890 he returned to this place as Kaiser Wilhelm II and planted a pedunculate oak, which now bears the name Kaisereiche. There is a memorial stone on the oak tree for the roebuck that has been shot, the inscription of which is difficult to read.
